  • Planning and managing schedules for updates during early access. Breaking down long term work down into tasks and breaking up across Milestones and sprints.
  • Communicating with publishers and investors, ensuring they are aware of development progress.
  • Identifying potential risks and planning risk mitigation.
  • JIRA Bug database initial setup and management.
  • Co-ordinating community management and ensuring the development teams plans were appropriatley communicated to the community during early access.
